Permanent Placement Staffing
With our permanent placement staffing service, Upsilon acts as your recruiter to fill full time positions. Upsilon is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, reference checks, and qualifying candidates so you are able to focus on growing your business. By working with Upsilon, you can be confident the candidates are of the highest caliber and right fit for your organization. This option is ideal for companies who want to increase staff for long term projects, replenish their workforce, and who's utilization rate is peaking.

Temporary Staffing
Temporary Staffing is best suited for our client's who require support for a full work week but want the flexibility of filling roles in which the length of employment may not be full-time. In today's changing economy, this model complements organization's to support resource loading for upcoming projects, meeting seasonal requirements, and reducing staffing levels during slow periods. This also allows organization's to maintain proper staff levels and retain top talent (as they won't burn out), while reducing employee-related costs. As with Permanent Placement Staffing, Upsilon is responsible for all the recruitment and selection efforts.

Hourly Staffing
A cost effective solution for organizations who don't require Full Time, Contract, or Temporary support, is Upsilon's Hourly Staffing service. If you are looking for a Consultant to review/consult/or mentor on a part-time basis, this option is ideal. There is no commitment to the number of minimum hours, or duration. We provide this service on an as-needed-basis, and are able to work with Client's schedules.

Contract Staffing
Our most flexible service option is Contract Staffing. With this option, we work with our client's to determine their resourcing needs and if support is required for a project; timelines, deliverables, risks, and finances are identified. Upsilon is responsible to manage payroll, witholding taxes, statutory deductions, and associated benefits of the individual. As such, they remain staff of Upsilon, and work closely with the client on their premises. This option is ideal for organizations who require short to mid-term assistance but don't want to deal with administrative issues related with Human Resources.
